Columbia, Mo. — JLL Capital Markets has arranged the sale of The Wylder, a 656-bed student housing community located near the University of Missouri campus in Columbia. Teddy Leatherman, Stewart Hayes, Scott Clifton and Henry Voges of JLL worked on behalf of the seller, Trimont Real Estate Advisors, in the disposition of the property to Tailwind Group. Built in 1989 and renovated in 2000, The Wylder offers fully furnished two- and four-bedroom units. Shared amenities include a swimming pool; study room; computer room; fitness center; basketball, tennis and volleyball courts; and a bonfire area.
