Landmark Properties Opens Nine Communities Totaling $950 Million

Athens, Ga. — Landmark Properties has opened nine new student housing developments valued in excess of $950 million. The new deliveries total 6,166 beds and are located in North Carolina, Arizona, Alabama, Texas, Illinois, Florida and Pennsylvania. Openings include: 

  • The Station at Raleigh, a 658-bed, cottage-style community serving students at North Carolina State University in Raleigh. The property offers one-, three- and four-bedroom units. Shared amenities include a 10,500-square-foot clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, 24-hour fitness center, sauna, study lounge, computer lab, yoga studio, sand volleyball court and an outdoor grilling area.
  • The Standard at Flagstaff, a 763-bed, mixed-use development located near the Northern Arizona University campus in Flagstaff. The community offers studio, one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units. Shares amenities include a 13,100-square-foot clubhouse, four hot tubs, two climbing boulders, a second-story terrace, outdoor grilling area, 24-hour fitness center, coffee bar, golf simulator, game rooms, study rooms and a computer lounge.
  • The Standard at Auburn, a 683-bed, mixed-use development serving students at Auburn University in Alabama. The property offers studio, one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units. Community amenities include a 13,300-square-foot clubhouse, rooftop pool, 24-hour fitness center, poolside gazebos, a gaming area, outdoor grilling area, study lounge and computer lab. 
  • The Mark at Tucson, a 595-bed community located near the University of Arizona in Tucson. The property offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a 3,900-square-foot clubhouse, a rooftop pool, 24-hour fitness center, sauna, golf simulator, outdoor grilling area, study lounge and computer lab.
  • The Retreat at Denton, a 700-bed, cottage-style community serving students at the University of North Texas in Denton. The development offers two-, three- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, dog park, 24-hour fitness center, café-style study lounge, computer lab, full-time shuttle service, golf simulator, sand volleyball court and an outdoor grilling area.
  • The Retreat at Illinois, a 476-bed, cottage-style community located near the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The development offers two-, three- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Community amenities include a 10,200-square-foot clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, hot tubs, 24-hour fitness center, study lounge, computer lab, hammocks and a corn hole area.
  • The Standard at Tallahassee, an 868-bed, mixed-use development located near Florida State University. The development offers studio, one-, two-, three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a 14,000-square-foot clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, sauna, golf simulator, outdoor grilling area, study lounge and computer lab.
  • The Standard at Tampa, a 755-bed, mixed-use community serving students at the University of South Florida in Tampa. The property offers one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units. Shared amenities include a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, sauna, golf simulator, outdoor grilling area, study lounge and computer lab. 
  • Phase II of The Station at State College, a cottage-style community offering 668 beds near Penn State University. The property offers one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, study lounge, yoga studio, golf simulator and sand volleyball court.
