Parallel Completes Two Student Housing Developments in Texas, Ohio

College Station, Texas and Columbus, Ohio — Parallel has completed two student housing developments located in Texas and Ohio. New openings include REV, an 802-bed community located near Texas A&M University in College Station; and Lumen on Ninth, a 351-bed property near the Ohio State University campus in Columbus. The 19-story REV development offers studio, one-, two-, three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom units. The project team included Rhode Partners, Levy Dykema and Rogers O’Brien. The community is managed by Cardinal Group. Lumen on Ninth offers units in studio, one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom configurations. The development team included Rhode Partners, A Royal Interiors and Elford. The community is managed by Coastal Ridge. Shared amenities at the two properties include fitness centers; resort-style swimming pools with hot tubs and jumbotrons; fire pits; outdoor grilling areas; Ping Pong and gaming lounges;  conference rooms and private study pods; cafes with complimentary coffee and sparkling water; and bike storage.
