Austin, Texas — Campus Life & Style (CLS) — the property management arm of Vesper Holdings — has been awarded management of three student housing communities totaling 1,558 beds. The new properties under management are owned by Campus Realty Advisors and include: Catalyst, a 532-bed community currently under development near Georgia Tech University in Atlanta. Orlando, Fla. — Campus Advantage has been awarded management of Vale East, a 456-bed student housing community currently under development near Valencia College in Orlando. Chicago — CA Ventures has launched Novel Student, a property management platform that will operate the Chicago-based firm’s portfolio of student housing properties across Europe.
