Fort Worth, Texas — The high-end property was developed by Fountain Residential Partners. It opened in August 2012 at 100 percent occupancy. Retail opens in spring.
Eugene, Ore. — The 244-bed property will open fall 2013. Construction is under way, and the project is being built to LEED Gold standards.
