Miami — Colliers International has arranged the sale of a 24,451-square-foot development site near the Florida International University campus in Miami for $5.2 million. Virgilio Fernandez, Gerard Yetming, Mitash Kripalani and Julian Zuniga of Colliers represented the seller, Kendra Parker, in the disposition of the property to New York-based real estate investment firm Adam America Real Estate. The buyer purchased an adjacent site in August 2019 for $20 million. A student housing community is planned for the combined property.
St. Louis — A joint venture between GMH Capital Partners and AGC Equity Partners has acquired Everly on the Loop, a 428-bed student housing community serving students at Washington University in St. Louis. The 192,390-square-foot community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity.
