Springfield, Mo. — Coastal Ridge Real Estate has been awarded management of Elevate Student Living, a four-community portfolio of student housing properties located near Missouri State University in Springfield. The portfolio includes 800 South, Deep Elm, The Jefferson and The Q’ube, all of which offer one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units alongside shared amenities including a fitness studio, pet park and study lounge. The properties are owned by ARTISAN Capital Group, a Chicago-based multifamily and student housing investment manager.

Eugene, Ore. — JLL Capital Markets has arranged $60 million in construction financing for Union on Broadway, a mixed-use student housing development located at 476 E. Broadway St. near the University of Oregon in Eugene. Charles Halladay, Jordan Angel, Chris Ross, Teddy Leatherman, Stewart Hayes and Taylor Gimian of JLL worked on behalf of the borrowers, Greystar and Star America, to secure the loan with Pacific Western Bank.
