NB Private Capital purchased the property from 908 Group and Scannell Properties for an undisclosed price. The community offers shared amenities including a clubhouse, business center, study rooms, a coffee bar, gaming rooms, a resort-style swimming pool and spa deck, grilling stations and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
Knoxville, Tenn. — Calliber Living has been awarded management of Flagship Kern’s, a mixed-use development currently underway near the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
